Aus­gangs­punkt ist die denk­mal­ge­schützte Villa Seidl an land­schaft­lich mar­kan­ter Stelle. Die Idee des ehe­ma­li­gen Öko­no­mie­ho­fes wird über­nom­men. Um ihn grup­pie­ren sich Volks­hoch­schule, Biblio­thek und Musik­schule.

Star­ting point is the heri­tage pro­tec­ted Villa Seidl in stri­king sur­roun­dings. The con­cept of the former eco­no­mic cour­tyard is being absor­bed. The Adult Edu­ca­tion Centre, library and music school are grou­ped around it.
